You might be able to get it from a Shure shop, but only one I know of is at Jalan Pasar. Even that, I'm not sure if they have it.

Again, it is a VERY tight fit regardless. Even the HPAEC940 is stretched beyond its point to fit onto the 1st gen wireless headset as it shows in the pics.

make sure you connect and turn on the headset

i has problem with mine.

it won't charge with pc & if i charge using samsung smartphone charger, the red led light won't turn off even after 8 hour.

using psp 3rd party usb cable.

Possible dead battery on the way. Same problem with my previous unit.

where do we get a battery replacement?

so i just downloaded the pulse app as well. is it always under the game list? can't we move it elsewhere like where youtube app is at?

You can't. Battery isn't replaceable without actually dismantling the entire headset, which at that point is sort of stupid.
When I sent mine back for a battery replace, they didn't even had any stock for it.

i thought because 3rd party usb cable did't support it or low voltage power from pc.
Just like my ps vita that need new usb cable to charge through pc.

You can try a higher impedence USB cable first and see if that fixes the issue on the battery not getting enough juice though.

hello fellow mate. i also got a problem for sony pulse elite edition. it just cant be charged... now i need use the cable they provide to use it.....

Seems like dead batteries are starting to become more and more common for the Pulse.

i already solved my problem.
i just play the last of us for 5 hour straight without battery dying.

Can anyone tell me where to get the spare?

I hope i dont have to throw away my p3s headset bcos of this!
