1.    Duration
The redemption shall be held from 7th June 2011 till 10th July 2011 on Samsung U-nivez Facebook fan page and its related application pages or while stock last.
The Redemption ends on 10th July 2011 at 11.59pm.
Any entries received after 10th July 2011 (due to any reason howsoever and/or
whatsoever arising) shall not be entertained and be disqualified.
2.    Eligibility
The redemption is open to ALL Malaysian with a Facebook account.
Employees and immediate family members of the organizer, their advertising agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and suppliers are not eligible to participate in the Redemption.
Participants under the age of eighteen (18) must seek parental and/or guardian approval to participate. The Organizer will assume the participants under the age of eighteen had parental/guardian’s approval upon submission of any entry.
3.    Chelsea Cover Redemption Mechanics

The “Chelsea Cover Redemption“ is open to any person who is a resident of Malaysia and above 18 years of age with a legitimate Facebook account.
The term of the Redemption is effective from 7th June to 10th July 2011

Email us an image of yourself with Samsung Galaxy Ace, Galaxy S2 or Galaxy Mini with the below details to samsunguniv3z@gmail.com:

2.2.  IC number

2.4.  Mobile number
2.5.  Product IMEI Number

3.  Location of selected customer service centre will be emailed to you based on your home address.
All collections of the casing must be collected in selected customer service centre which was selected upon photo submission.
Samsung Malaysia has no liability to share the process of inclusion, exclusion or selection of candidates and winners for the redemption.
Redemption ends on 10th July 2011, 2359hrs (11:59 pm).
Casing redemption – While stock last
The prize is non - transferable in any form (monetary and/or non-monetary).
Organizer shall not be liable for loss/theft of property and/or accident/injury to the participants arising out of any unforeseen circumstances.
Every participant must 'LIKE' the Samsung U-nivez fan page and be a part of it throughout the redemption period.
Samsung U-nivez reserves the right to delete inappropriate content from the fan page.
4. Redemption Entries
The participants shall ensure that the Redemption mechanics is adhere. Any incomplete, illegible or late entries shall be disqualified.
The Organizer reserves the right to reject any answers and/or entry at its sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.
They can submit one IMEI product number throughout the entire Redemption period. Each submission will be considered an independent entry by itself; however, subjected to Clause 3, the participants shall only get one cover.
Participant shall assist Samsung U-nivez in broadcasting cover received from Samsung U-nivez.
5. Redemption Criteria
Participants would be entitled to one cover for each IMEI number submitted along with their picture with their phones.
The Organizer has the sole discretion in deciding the redemption entry without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.
The selection is final and binding. No correspondences shall be entertained. Samsung
U-nivez reserves the right to reject any registration and/or entry at its sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.
6. Notification of redemption confirmation.
Participant will be notified by the Organizer via email.
The Organizer reserves the right to use any other method or medium it deems fit at its sole and absolute discretion for the purpose of announcing the participant redemption.
Upon request, Redemption winner will be required to give their contact details, Mobile Number. IMEI Number, I.C. and any other details deemed necessary and relevant by the organizer at its discretion within forty eight (48) hours upon receiving the request/notification from the organizer. The organizer will assume the winner(s) are not interested in the winning for any uncollected prizes after 1 week of notification.
Proof of emailing, faxing, or delivering (in any manner whatsoever) any details to the organizer does not denote proof that the organizer has received such details.
The organizer reserves the right to forfeit the cover for any participant who does not provide the required details upon receiving the request/notification.
The organizer reserves the right to appoint a third party to conduct the verification of participant redemption and to fulfil the delivery of prizes and participants agree that the organizer may provide all necessary information of Redemption winners to such third party to facilitate such service.
7. Redemption Prizes
These will be the items to be redeemed during the Campaign period: Chelsea Cover – S2, Ace and Mini
The organizer reserves the rights to change the prizes without any prior notification.
The Participant(s) shall be responsible for all costs in connections with collecting his/her cover, including but not limited to legal cost, stamp duties, registration and transfer fees, taxes, insurance, spending money and related expenses (such as meals or personal expenses, upgrades etc.) or fees.
Cover not claimed within one week upon request/notification shall be forfeited. The prize is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable in any other form for whatever reason. Redemption winners are solely responsible for the collection of their own prize(s). The organizer and its agents, sponsors and representatives shall have no liability to the Redemption winners in any respect whatsoever.
The organizer reserves the right to request written or any official proof of residency and of the age of any Redemption winner upon collecting the prize.
The organizer makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the cover and shall not be responsible nor liable for any problems and/or damage there to or arising there from.
Cover must be claimed by the winning person unless advised and permitted by the organizer otherwise. Identification which includes a photograph will be required (examples include, but not limited to, identification card/drivers license/passport which displays a photograph of the Redemption winner, and can be taken as proof of residency).
In special situations, and subject to the absolute discretion of the organizer, the winner may nominate a designated representative to collect a cover. The representative will be required to notify and gain permission from the organizer in advance, present written authorization from the participant and present official identification which includes a photograph for both the participant and their representative.
In the event that a participant chooses not to accept a prize, they forfeit any and all claims to that prize, which will be dealt with according to the absolute discretion of the organizer.
All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the redemption winner, and the organizer excludes all warranties in connection with any prize to the extent permitted by law. Warranties shall be dealt with between the winner(s) and the original service warranty provider. Winners shall comply with the terms and conditions of each prize.
All brands, names and trademarks associated with or used to describe the prizes are owned by their respective owners. The Organizers are not related to or associated with these parties in any way.
The Organizers reserve the rights to forfeit the prizes if any redemption Winner fails to prove any of the above mentioned condition, and Samsung’s labels (if any such need arises) used to enter the Redemption, and to disqualify the Redemption Winner’s entry.
8. Redemption
The participant is required to attend at his/her own cost and expense to collect the prize. In the event the redemption winner is not able to attend the prize giving ceremony, the redemption winner must nominate a representative to be present to redeem the prize on his/her behalf. Redemption that is not presented with any notification upon the collection dateline to the organizer, it will be assumed that the prize is not of interest to the winner.
Prizes not claimed within one month upon notification shall be forfeited.
9. Publicity
The organizer reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to use the details collected, nicknames, names, photographs, voice or video recordings and entries of the Redemption winner(s) and/or representatives without first obtaining any consent nor making any payment whatsoever to the Redemption winner(s) and/or representatives for publicity, advertising, trade or promotion purposes in any media.
Participant releases any rights to any information and materials submitted or used in the redemption to the organizer.
10. Adherence to Redemption Terms & Conditions
In addition to these Terms and Conditions, instructions and methods of participating in the Redemption, as set out on http://www.facebook.com/SamsungUnivez otherwise, shall also bind all Participants and their participation in the Redemption.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any terms contained in any promotional material for this Redemption, the terms contained herein shall apply.
Failure to comply with the rules, regulations, instructions or methods will result in the Participants being disqualified.
By participating in this Redemption, the Participants is taken to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions herein and shall adhere to all and/or any decisions made by the organizer
