This is what happened to the phone that RViN bought from me.
Brought in back to supplier and they said it's "out of focus" and they replaced 1 unit for him
after 1 week.
Now the unit he has got a dead pixel

on litening rom 1.3 (XWKE8).. battery usage by android os improved

ur score is about 30 percent.. need to repeat subject..

angelo rom is like a modified stock rom such as KE7 KE2 n KE8..it remove unnecessary or improved the stock apps to achived higher battery life..

root is like what u call jailbreak in iphone.. it allow u to access and modified the system file

btw guys, i notice litening rom doesnt have the sound improvement apps which i forgot start with D???.. where can i download it.. any body know?

Samsung did not even bother that my sgs was rooted and brick. They reflash the Rom for me not one time but 3 times for free. Each time I was reminded to be careful flashing roms. First time brick due to carelessness. Second n third time brick due to own experiment on different methods which was beta testing stage
I bought the AP set from lowyat but in all 3 ocassions I send in to spore services center as was nearer my place than kl.

of course, I did the same thing with mine after flashed wrongly the other day

If u were to greet and speak nicely, they sometimes will layan for software repairs/fox/updates.
U give them long face sure they don't help..

Anyway. hardware repairs of course they don't do for AP sets la..

thanks a lot for the replies. Yes I'm not obsessing with the battery consumption in fact in all the android devices i've ever used SGS II is currently the best !!! Absolutely am in awe with its capabilities 

samsung warranty? when i first got my omnia i straight away flash with new roms.. accidentally burn the motherboard ... samsung repair for free so is that bad?
