By default, phone will have typing sound when use dial pad ONLY but not keyboard. When use keyboard, phone will vibrate when key is pressing.

I can't find any settings that can activate typing sound when use keyboard. I not sure Android Market have such kind of app software or not, you can browse through it.

Nice color, more sexy and stylish Mine one is pure black, quite match with "midnight blue" color too.


The ori set should be around RM1490-1550. I bought it last month for RM1520 (standard accessories).

Update 2.3.4 (4.0.1.A.0.283) is up now!! I flashed to Generic Global version (4.0.A.2.368) and connect to computer, PC Companion prompted to update to 2.3.4 version. Downloading now, 25min to go... Can't wait to see new features.

Still downloading and not install yet. Root should be gone after update.

Press and hold "Power" button on top of phone. There is new selection "Take screenshot" under "Power off".

It happened to me once. After updated to 2.3.4, I tried downloaded some apps from market, it downloaded and installed as usual. Somehow, some apps successfully installed, some not. Go to market again and downloaded those apps not install properly. Second time, it can installed to my phone. Not sure is bug or something?? Btw, I used global generic version.

You MUST use word suggestions (can select top three options "Automatically...", "Substitute..." and "Suggest..."). If you pick "Don't use dictionary", the "Swipe to write" option will grey out.

You can try uninstall market updates through:-

Settings -> Appications -> Manage applications -> under downloaded section find "Market" app and click on it -> click "Uninstall updates"

The latest market app version is 3.1.5 now.

You can flash to 2.3.4 (4.0.1.A.0.283) Generic Global version.

Last time, I flash to 2.3.3 (4.0.A.2.368) Generic Global version and used PC Companion updated to 2.3.4. No problem with market app.

You flash to 2.3.3 and test use market app before update to 2.3.4. See problem occur or not. If everything OK, update to 2.3.4 by using PCC or Update service.

Need 3D glasses?? or just Power DVD 11 enough to view 3D effect?

The factory reset will wipe all apps installed from market. Factory reset does not wipe the SD card data, means some installed app folders still appear at SD card although app already wipe out from factory reset.

If you want "clean" information as original state, you can factory reset the phone, then format the SD card.
