did anybody saw scarlet spider #4 anywhere??i only have issues1-3.already went to earth and bangsar CCorner, but to no avail.

Just to share that "Comics Corner" at Bangsar will be closing soon due to the increase of store rent. I got the news last Thursday while visiting their store.
Now i need to confirm whether all of my previous order can be follow up at other comics corner shop or not...*sigh*
btw, does anybody know whether AVX #2 & AVX: VS #1 has arrive here in kl or not ?

Thats really sad to hear. even though I don't go there often but I can see the shop is more into comic & collectible oriented as oppose to ss 15 where its more into in MTG.

But 15 has abundant of back issue comics which is a good thing. A lot of hidden treasures there

How is A vs X so far? & what about the tie ins?

AvX is quite sloppy so far, I personally find the reason why they are fighting quite pointless. Issue 1 was a pretty decent build up, but 2,3,4 is a bit messy IMO. most characters are portrayed so... out of character
AvX VS. I find quite fun to read, its pretty much what it is, two guys beating the hell out of each other

I don't read avengers but this is what ive heard so far:
New Avenger tie-ins are feels unrelated, a bit out of place.
Secret Avengers are quite good, but funnily has no X-Men fighting the Avengers
Not sure about Avengers or Academy.

UXM tie-ins are okay, quite a bit of character development, and Cyclops actually acting in character, with plans up his sleeve etc etc
WolverineaTX is pretty good, shows more character development, conflict betw. Cyclops and Wolvie post schism.
Legacy ive not read.

Overall, AvX is a mess.

ASM is definitely worth reading. Ends of the Earth is pretty good, I haven't been reading Spidey for long, but at the end of every ASM issue, it keeps you wanting more.

Oh really? Thats a bit sad to hear. I think Marvel's epic summer events nowadays are lots of hype but the quality might be diminishing.

I heard Fear Itself wasn't a satisfactory read as well. AvsX has a nice premise to me but i think 12 issues is a bit too long. I mean how long can u stretch the coming of the Phoenix?

I have heard many good things about Wolvie & the X-men, might pick it up if my allowance permit it.

I think Marvel should really distinguish their characters a bit more like not making 1 hero be in so many teams. It dilutes the character & can lead to inconsistency among books. Team books are hard to manage as it is especially if each has their own solo book. the answer is just crowd control.

But these are my humble opinions. I am also a Marvel fan so now i collect based on the quality of the writer. Dan Slott & Rick Remender are 2 of my favourite writers at the House of Ideas.

That haul is a result of not visited earth638 for two weeks LOL. I only buy AV vs X-Men main title, Wolvie & X-men is already on my monthly pulls. Actually i havent started reading it yet, because i just came back from geneva
