1 Title for USD 3-99, you can opt for 1 or more titles.

So it just give them some sales so that it might sustain those titles.

each comic is usually monthly, some bi-weekly.

Meaning for an example;

January issue of Avengers USD3.99

February issue of Avengers USD3.99

etc etc etc

People usually save money by buying trade paper backs (TPB) which collected several issues of comics into one book.

There is too many Avengers storyline. But since Avengers movie is mostly based on their ultimate line, like I said earlier, get The Ultimates Vol 1 & 2.

user posted image

BTW, this is my recommended Avengers book or those involved Avengers (besides Ultimates)
1. Avengers Disassembled
2. New Avengers
3. House of M
4. Civil War
5. Mighty Avengers
6. Secret Invasion
7. Siege

Avengers members book
1. Captain America (by Ed Brubaker)
2. Invincible Iron Man (Matt Fraction)
3. The Sentry (original series by Paul Jenkins)
4. Hulk (Planet/World War Hulk storyline)
5. Thor (JM Straczyki)

While I do agree that comics can be expensive especially when u r collecting a few titles and some titles comes out bi-weekly ( a gift or a curse hmm.gif - Mostly from my Marvel pull) making the monthly allocation even more, its VERY rewarding when u finally have it in ur hands and read the storyline which is being illustrated by the industries hot artists.

I do encourage all comic fans out there to get out and buy ur favourite titles either the digital or physical (my preferred choice rclxms.gif) format. Just try 1 or 2 titles to get the feel of it.

& yes! Avengers was really awesome! rclxm9.gif Definitely a movie for all comics and cinema fans out there. 1 of my favourite scene was how Tony equipped his Mark 7 armour. Bloody cool notworthy.gif

I would link comics to hobby and your passion. I've been collecting comics for the past 20 years and only when I started working, I started to buy more compared to when I was still in school (cos now got salary ma biggrin.gif ). I would agree that the comics industry is slowly dying compared to 15 years ago when there were a lot of comic shops around but thankfully a handful is still around KL. My monthly spend on comics is a few hundredon like 20 or so titles depending on story and art. So give it a try and just set aside a monthly budget for your comics and you will definitely enjoy this hobby rclxms.gif

For those that liked the Avengers movie, I would agree with the other collectors here and definitely recommend you pick up the Ultimates smile.gif

Guys,

Right now Marvel is having a sales for their digital collection.

Standard price for yearly subscription is USD 60 but now got 30 % discount!
(Your price: $41.92 (you saved $17.96!) It's just USD4 per month!!!

For those who still considering whether or not to subscribe, now is the time to decide.
I admit the Marvel Comics is a bit expensive, but as Evohan says;

And I am still thinking whether or not to subscribe. Any tips/advice/guide is welcome.

But before you decide, please note that some of the digital version is only available soon after the physical version available.
means that we need to wait awhile to get our hands on the digital version. Kindly read the reviews below. Please take note that the reviews may be outdated.
