I'm not so impressed with spider-island.

as far as recent spidey events goes, last year's Grim Hunt is still better in my book so far.

as for Slott and Ramos, their recent Big Time arc is also marginally better than spider-island so far.

I was late to order any of the DC titles and they are old sold out at CC =((((((((( I was interested in getting Demon Knights. Is it any good?

Picked up a few titles yesterday. I would have to say that X-Force continues to consistently be the top title in Marvel, with Journey into Mystery very close behind. Black Panther and Thunderbolts are also top quality and entertaining reads. Some gems I genuinely look forward to every month.

I used to follow a lot of daredevil. (the writer before kelly, was it Kessel?), Kelly up to quesada.. but then i stopped collecting comics and i picked up a few brubaker but i couldnt get back in. Was tempted to jump back in when waid came in, but #1 was sold out so i only read #2. Exciting enemy

X-Force --- Psylocke is pretty cool...

DD you need to get the entire Smith-Bendis-Brubaker-Diggle run & then pick up Waid's run.

action comics #1 is out at comics corner. try to see if the subang branch still has stock as majority of the DC titles are sold out in the bangsar branch.

sil3nC3_10 & evo, I think you guys are better asking for a refund from mile high because I think both your packages are officially lost in the mail.
Although don't be surprised to receive your package when you least expect it. There has been cases when people receiving their package six months after ordering' long after they have received their refund.

Swiped Batman Incorporated and another batman title (can't remember the name) from a kid for a quick reading. Batman incorporated is fun and very interesting, the other one ( i think drawn by finch but i can't remember who wrote it) not so.

Now's the time to plunge into DC right? if not now then never. Can you recommend other titles?

Green Lantern is a must. The new Batman & Robin is good too. Justice League & Action Comics also looks promising.
