guys, i need some serious help.
my phone switched off itself and couldnt be switched on anymore. here r wat i tried to troubleshoot the problem: i took out the battery, put it back, press n hold the power button then after 2 seconds the phone vibrated for 2 or 3 times and LED also blinked, but no display. after a few tries, it didnt even vibrate and blink. i tried to hold volume down and power button, no response. when i plug in my cable, the LED blinks 2 or 3 times and gone.. wat could be the problem ?? im on vivo rom btw but i dont think its the software problem.. p/s: before the problem happened, i dropped the phone on the table but from a distance of not more than 10cm.. but htc cant sustain with such mild impact ?? EDIT: found out that its my battery problem.. put in another battery then no problem.. This post has been edited by kevinphuah88: Jun 16 2011, 02:23 PM |

@terry,
wat 3D effect you are referring to? If you are referring to the carousel effect of moving between screen yes, because TBF3D has ported the rosie 3 over. |

I just flashed LeeDroid 3.1.6 kernel. Ignoring the Daemon script and use SetCPU & SmartAss2 combo, and guess what?
Super smooth and no lag at all I not sure is a placebo effect or what but it is tad faster than using the Daemon OC script. Charging the phone now and will monitor the battery how it goes. |

No problem. Added on June 16, 2011, 3:12 pmP/S: I'd try LD v3.1.6 + Virtuous rom, so far ok. No lag while playing Angry Birds (because when I use previous version of LD kernel, when playing AB got 1 seconds lag. Shooting a video (Widescreen 800x480 and 720p) also ok. So far everything ok. at the moment, no bro.. Because I think kernel devs already tune volume boost into their kernel. Added on June 16, 2011, 3:33 pmAt the moment, can't say la because I still not done a proper calibration and battery monitoring.. This post has been edited by syuki: Jun 16 2011, 03:33 PM |
