When everyone heart about parklane, they always said "high density","jalan puchong is jam",negative feedback and etc.
But i think it is really a good investment and middle income malaysian group own stay property.
Even is not syok to stay, it can easily rent out to people who work in kl,old klang,puchong and cyber.
For location vise the property is unbeatable.
