Still on sales are C1/B2. Around 60% sold for the 2 blocks.
Sold out are block E1/2/3/D1/2/3/B1.

juz booked 1 unit in block C1 20th floor... they are selling fast... the SA informed today itself they have sold 30+ units

just give up all optional freebies such as aircond, water heater, shower screen, kitchen cabinet & wardrobe, then they will deduct rm15k from selling price.for block b2

Yup come to think of it, I would not trade in the freebies with 15k. The extra paid will justify for the stuff + it's included in the loan.

you can give up the freebies for 15k rebate... later if u wan the freebies u can top up 15k back.... and 1 more thing rebate 20k for block C

Early buyers paid abt RM250-260, means it's a abt RM100k gain on paper! Geng ah..
