by right you should have the billing for stage 2a - Pilling & Foundation aldy..

and i guess the RM6k is refer to the car park billing which developer did bill 60% of car park price under 2 stage -- tat is upon completion of earthwork & pilling !!

and i think this kind of payment schedule is even "agressive" than those commercial property ler!! only 4 stage then can sapu 20k aldy. by the way, is everyone having the same car park price as 20k as well?

urs car park tandem (front and back)? mine tandem car park rm20k...

same with mine. originally come with one bay only. yrs?

Today I received a letter from bank about disbursement on MRTA amount to insurance company. Wow, so fast for phase 3 buyers!

Added on December 29, 2011, 9:16 pmI think they calculate like this..1 car park rm15k...if extra tandem car park then extra 5k...if extra car park not tandem then extra 15k....smth like that....that should be reasonable..correct me if im wrong...

Finally got mine signed as well. No progressive payment yet except for MRTA amount which the bank has paid to the insurance company.

Block D1/2/3 & E1/2/3 fully sold. Block B1/B2 still on sales (maybe 10-20% left), C1/C2 still on sales (50% or so), A1/A2 not launch yet.
C1/C2 units are 10k more expensive than the same unit/floor/facing in B1/B2.

Depends on progressive payment & your loan interest ..

Just collect my SNP for Phase 1 E3 yesterday, according to sales ppl, progressive payment already for E1/E2, E3 tentatively Feb/Mar 12.
as for sales now still open for Block B2/C1, about 90% B2 sold, C1 about 75%. C2/A1/A2 still not yet open.
