Hi all, I am new here, just wondering if anybody knows how severe the noise would be from Kesas for block E3 high floors? Heard that noise travels upward, so the higher floors the noisier, is this true? Just evaluating whether to buy kesas/lake or Kl view, thanks in advance...

2 days ago i got call from akisama..one lady asking the latest offer letter that exclude the parking price.for phase 2 snp will be signed on early september while for phase 1 will be in this month..so get ready ya..everyone..

Try Alliance... m not sure whether they are panel or not.. they kinda going offer a good deal... but i didn't heard any further coz i already sign up with UOB ^^
