Are you sure? I'm referring to the 10% downpayment when signing SPA (not the booking fees) which is about RM30k+ depending on your sales price.

Guys, did u notice that VP for block B1 (phase 3) is 3 years from SPA signing date? Its stated in the SPA which I signed last Nov. I wonder they can finish by Nov 2014..
Developer website n ads stated Jun 2015.

Guys, am not worried. Just curious why they advertise the completion date for phase 3 much later instead of stated in SPA. Of course they will try to complete it on time or else we will get LAD.

Not yet for phase 3. The first disbursement should happen before end of this month which will be for carpark earthwork. Just in time before my loan OL expired in July smile.gif

I hope it's true. They can take their own sweet time to request 2nd disbursement though.

By the way, does anyone know what's the disbursement done so far for phase 1 and 2? Only for the carpark earthwork/piling?

Apparently, the developer appointed 3rd party (contractor) to build the project on behalf of them.
Understood from some purchasers, the contractor only can patch up the defect if the defect only fulfill >X% of item area. 
When the buyers approached the developer on the matter, they just deny their responsibility and push the liability to the contractor.
Purchasers were asked to look for the contractor directly instead.

Yes I received it. Finally the first disbursement since I signed SPA more than 6 months ago. Due date is by end of first week of Jun to release the amount.

I got back the stamped docs about 1-2 months after signing them, the LA is even longer. For your case, I think it's different since u just signed the SPA? I guess u can check with BigHouse on that.

Uxx already disbursed the first requested carpark earthwork amount yesterday - very efficient indeed.

Please check your a/c and bank in the excess to offset interest wink.gif
