Thinking of visiting the sales office this weekend. Quite interested to get one, but the main concern is the sales agent's attitude and the car park. Are there anyways for us to get an extra carpark?

Finally decided and paid booking for block D2. Now gonna send the documents to apply for a few loan. Based on their timeline, they're suppose to do so-so such as apply for loan, sign loan after a period of time as stated on the booking schedule. Is this timeline trustable or we're suppose to chase them now and then?

And also, i tried asking for carpark..but it seems all are sold out. Even if i wanted to purchase also it doesn't have the option. And as i recall properly, someone posted a link before for the parklane fb group. Can i join?

From my understanding there's none as there's commercial lots, but i've yet to verify this. Not sure if anyone else can do so. I asked before the SA says 2 tier, lift and lobby as i mentioned earlier. The lift one is scan card and then can only access your own floor. Technically, this shouldn't be a problem, infact quite good like hotels. HOWEVER, what do you think about the fire escape? I thought of this earlier, if the lift is card access, yet there's no restriction on the fire escape, meaning people can just come in thru fire escape, then what's the point?

Haha, no..there won't be any card scanner at staircase. Not that i'm aware of.

Anyway, what i'm saying earlier is that..if the lift has card scanner and everyone is restricted to their own floors' access, yet if the staircase is not guarded properly, i can still go to other floors right? the security is still quite a concern..

depends on your unit floor....if it's high up, maybe no need DIBS, but if low..prefer DIBS since you'll need to start servicing your interest
