The SA did not mention. My guess would be at least 10k increment as the other side of block A will have unblocked KL view.

should be, probably more than that.

4000 units in one project wonderwhy ppl still go for it. It will be going to be a high dense apartment area

I would say it's because of low entry price. Akisama really has the "ong" as they were riding on the property boom period. The vicinity projects at across the bridge near to Bkt OUG side also selling much higher, from RM400psf onwards (around the time when Parklane started to offer its project). Hence the plunge.
One thing I admire about this developer is the speed and the number of heavy machines they put in the site. Really hats off. And the late night working hours... notworthy.gif

Simply 3 reasons, location + lower psf + future nearby LRT.

At least it is brand new, smells good, less than 15km from MV and a lot better than a cheaper 30 yo landed house that far far away from KL smile.gif

If he/she does not have "supportive information", he/she will not invest in the first place. It's as simple as that.

People with the vested interest in a property has more background, information, research and risk analysis than a pure "chatter" who are more familiar with replying some threads without prior study smile.gif

Not necessarily bro...i for one not vested in this project, though initially did give it a thought.
But just for the sake of the interest in improving my shallow knowledge in property which makes me study why certain projects can sell so well. If you have any other counter points (apart from high density of 4000units), we can always engage in a good discussion.
Cheers...

All of u think with the same channel. The main reason is low pricing. The developer took more than 18months to sell 4000 units everyone can do it. Dont tell me u will buy the unit if the price is 400k and above, so conclusion low pricing is the main factor, i dont c how good is akisama as compared other developers in the town. I always dont believe on low pricing in new projects. Quality comes along with pricing. We will c how it goes going forward, good luck !

How you define Quality Home? Everyone has diff definition on this termĀ   unsure.gif

IMO the density justify the pricing, this project gives 4000 people the chance to own a homeĀ  wink.gif

Yup, each block will have its own management. This is why ppl who did not invest in this prop will not know the details of the project.

I don't like high density too regardless stay/ invest but we can't expect everyone think like us & vice versa.

For example, for RM140k budget what car will you buy? I bet you will get more than 10 diff answers. My colleague even spends this amount on a bike (yes a super bike). I can't say him wrong or stupid because he may also think I'm stupid for not buying a bike. So the answer is to respect other people's decision.

Sorry I am out of topic because I had some beers with friends just now  blush.gif
