hey guys..
maybe i can add in some review for powerlogic U2000 MX. juz fin building a pc for my bro last month n found this thread. i want a decent psu so i choose U2000 MX coz it comes with its own Magnum 300 psu. juz a bit heavy but not as rock heavy compaq presario case Color: black PSU: Powerlogic Magnum 300 (300W real, 1 x sata, 24 pins, 12 cm fan, honeycomb at the back). Outside look: love the front perforated front intake and perforated top surface. clean outside panel (no fancy stuff). panels are removable on both sides with 4 thumbscrews. pretty strong casing. front panel got 2 usb, 1 audio in, 1 audio out. Inside look: 1 adjustable length duct on cpu with a square blank which can be replaced with 8 cm fan (i did this n i dun need another fan for my SI-97 Fans: given: 1 x 8cm fan with blue led in front, 1 x 8 cm at the back, all use 4 pin molex. empty: 1 x 8cm on top panel, 2 x 8cm on side panel, 1 x 8cm in the cpu duct. i wana add step by step pics the way edogawa did but my canon broke down. anyway, roughly this pic can tell the story.. overall: pros: built with good cooling system in mind. strong case. Very nice perforated top and front intake AND it got filters on. got sata n 24 pins psu. got some space for acrylic window mod cons: all fan slots only for 8cm fans. exhaust fans slot at the back made of round holes, prefer squares or honeycomb, less air resistance. look a bit too clean (not so fancy) well, im quite satisfied with this case |
