The only feature that leads you to believe that case looks like the G5 are the handles on the top and bottom. In other aspects that case looks mediocre. I'd say the Lian-Li V1000 does a much better job of 'looking like a Mac' but of course having really good quality.

I think we should give this brand a chance...They opened a booth at PC fair 2005.
Offer a wide variety of casing...from the standard looking ones to some really cool ones..with LCD temp, clock setting and monitor some more...

One model was reviewed by CHIP magazine..hey, they don't have it in lowyat. Meet the guys at leapfrog distribution...their shop is somewhere in Kelana Jaya..even the PSU comes with 1 year manufacturer guarantee..

I have seen the real unit of Antartica 100. It doesn't come with the handles in which the box and advertisement show them.

Do you still need to consider that?

IMO, powerlogic is still new in the casing market. It still needs some experiences (Their early batch of PSUs are very fragile). However, from an unverified source, powerlogic claims to be having larger volume output than Enlight!

Most people tend to be bias in doing a review, especially on a subjective matter i.e nice looking, smooth finishing etc..

and if they were to own iCute, they tend to say other brand as BAD, even if it is a CoolerMaster. This is also true for those who owns a PowerLogic, they will say the iCute is inferior.

Personally, if you would like to compare, do look at things which is not subjective. Look out for material type, numbers of bays offered, technology type i.e screwless design etc.

Finally, after you've made this comparison then only look for the 'subjective' question...

I would like to say that not every good things are expensive, neither that every expensive things are good.

Should you generally put this into mindset, that people would start offering expensive price just to show that it's good...

as I myself own a PowerLogic and have not personally 'reviewed' any other casing, thus my opinion will render invalid as it will be very bias.

Personally I feel powerlogic casings are quite solidly built.
They look creative, simple yet catchy and most importantly affordable for the quality of construction.

Don't look at them negatively lar, jus cuz it's not Coolermaster or Lian-Li or Silverstone doesn't mean they're bad.
Look at those Thermaltake X (no offence) casings anyway. Would you prefer those casings? Or the simpler, sleeker Powerlogics?
I would close eyes, touch and choose powerlogic.

I had installed many powerlogic casings before.

Believe me, pricing is still judging the quality of this casing brand.

If you want to buy powerlogic casing, please try to look for RM150 or above series. They are solid and nice. smile.gif

I don't think that they may give you a satisfied answer for this.

I would say that you won't be able to buy the extra handles.

tooless design doesnt mean "ada quality"

and for people like me who experienced "Tooless Design" we all know most of it suck arse....

Lian Li are great in making 'Hard and Solid' casings (they use high grade metal and tig, so the cost of production is high)

However for the KuasaLogik, i must say i doubted the quality in mid range series since they are dun have a strong backplate (the back metal in the back of ur casing which i tend to stress em often since i have the habit of carrying a casing from the bottom part of the exhaust fan )

and they are not thick (metal tidak tebal sangat teruk leh.....boleh rosak mudah, seperti CM Centurion 5 yang mempunyai side panel yang nipis )

my go puat ( 50 cent in hokkien)
