diploma in engineering is technician yo
but some factory, they offer job with post "bla bla bla engineer" to diploma holder, but technician level pay.
those are different ok? if you are diploma holder and you are technician regardless of "bla bla bla engineer" post jangan perasan engineer ok? submit your application to BEM and get reject letter
me work at kroni company and get handsome pay!!!

my dad..civil engineer...IR title.. so wat..work stress...early in the morning go 2 work liao..come bak 10pm... more work 2 do...underpay..stupiat boss...wan face

In US, they had two path for career growth plan for each of their employees. One is technical side another managerial part. Although it's totally diff path the outcome salary is not much different. A senior manager earning more or less the income of a senior engineer. Since they're significant towards each other.
But in Msia, sad but tru. engineer is high level kuli. Make sure the company provide OT, Mileage claim and other allowance before u accept their offer cause basic pay definitely not enough. Driving a City? wearing Frogskin and APC? with 3k? bullshi* i'd say

The problem lies in the eyes of the beholder?
