DHL doesn't update the waybill. You need to use the tracking link provided in the email Apple sent you regarding the shipment notification.

this is my latest update so far. apple cs has no answer to the reason of delay thus far.

Once you have received your iPad, there will be an email by Apple, asking you to provide your input on the overall purchasing (including delivery) experience. Perhaps more of you can participate in the survey to highlight the delivery issues.
