Anybody can outdo the above? I think there's some big issue with mine but neither DHL nor Apple would want to admit it. Any ideas on how I can resolve the issue? Called Apple 4 times already. Got my RM100. Called DHL. Different CS person say different things - One said it's sent in bulk, so the bulk needs to be broken. Another said, it's being tagged as 'Prepaid Required'. I think I've called a total of 4 times each to both Apple and DHL. Any help would be appreciated.

No way. I'll make sure it goes to kul! Waiting day and night for Dhl planes and hoping to see mine. Haha how crazy I can be.

I think the customs only facing problem clearing the iPads.
Doesn't seem to be a problem for accessories.
My smart cover and a microfiber cloth did not face any problem with the clearance.
Maybe it's from Singapore while the iPads fly from China.
