Delivery data is 26th, so far i hvnt get my IPAD2 yet.
I just called to apple and F them! the CS said will get bck to me b4 6pm. WTF apple doing ? izzt apple inform customer the  delivery will be delay! i think u guys need to question them, why we dont receive any call or mail from apple bcz of the delivery delay?

Sorry,stick with customer point , to blame malaysia custom is not our job.
this is apple job,we all knw the custom need $$ to proceed faster.

I agree tough. Complaining to custom is DHL and Apple job. If they got flood with complaint in cs. They should do something....

Oh. No worry.. I always understand the cs just representative. Never I raise my volume even with streamyx cs. I talk like want to cry and desperate lol... Make it sound like they bully me instead

What's the average time it takes for the iPad 2 to arrive?

Today already 30/5. Its been a month already.
And the GREAT news is as of to-date, my status is still Partial Delivery.

Yeah me too. Called DHL this morning and they said it takes another 2 days to clear. Like what the hell. Aiyo. I will try to call apple too, just like what u did. Hopefully they can help us.

Try to talk with Zurina. She's very nice.
She even gave 2 options, whether we want RM 150 credited back to our CC or Smart Cover (PU).

I didnt ask for rebate, only ask when will arrive. And it arrived 10 mins after I called.

I would have asked if it didnt arrive today.

original date is 10th June one, after ship, the date changed to 13th June, if really delay from EST date, sure will call apple cs...
