If you are using a credit card, they will call you, asking you to reply to the email that they sent to you, requesting you to submit a scanned or fax copy of your recent credit card bill. They said it's the merchant bank's rule that they need verification.

When you send the verification to them, call them, and ask them if they have received your verification.

Then, they will send you the email with your shipping details. From here on, wait....till your ipad2 arrives.

My expected delivery date is by 14/6, but now still stuck at szb as clearance delay. I don't it can be delivered on time lo.. Sigh

I thought it was like that too till I found out all the iPads are stored in DHL's bonded warehouse. What custom does, is they go to these warehouses and get it cleared then DHL will move that pallet to their outbound processing place. Very fast after that once custom gives them the go ahead.

Welll maybe tonight at 8pm+ the status change to clearance complete leh.... or if not u can start calling Apple to complain and hope they offer u a rebate
