My iPad has not arrived yet.
As stated it's before 14th June. Still 2 days ahead.
If it's still in the status of clearance delay on the 14th, around time 2000++ then I'll call up Apple CS
the next morning.

If you still did not get your order delivered to you as from the stated delivers by date,
just ring up Apple CS and hopefully they will provide some rebates or something.

You just ordered, you don't expect a rebate that fast?

Forgive me as I've haven't the time to go through each reply in this thread but how do you actually get the rebate? Through email? Some kind of voucher? The RM100 is deductible or...?

From the previous threads which I've followed, it will be credited back to your credit card.

For those exceeded the 'delivery by...' date...pls do not hesitate to call Apple CS.

As gesture of good will...you can ask for some rebate or free smart cover.

For my case...I got a free smart cover...

Polyurethane or Leather?

Also... You mention rebate or smart cover... You can decide/choose?

I've ordered a green smart cover earlier together with my iPad purchase.
I would opt for a rebate of RM100 though if I am to be eligible for the rebate,
unless there would be anyone interested for the cover...
The original polyurethane smart cover cost RM159.

this week almost 3 weeks waiting my ipad 2..still not receive and stuck at custom...haiihhh

So we all just wait for the compensation better la, hahaha

Err, i still didnt get my comfirm letter for my order on 1/7/2011. Is it ok? Or i only will recieve it when it start to ship?

As it happen to me the same mine is 4th of June ordered, I think you have to check with Apple Customer...

Is not a big deal if you have or don't have the apple confirmation letter, the most important you got the order number that's good enough...

I'll be calling in early in the morning as i can make sure that even if it complete clearance on today the DHL wont be delivering out today and the deliver date is for today.

Ok i have just called up Apple CS. At 1st i complain about my item being delayed and bla bla bla... but it seems that that guy named "Thomas" didnt offered me anything so i keep complaining and said "whats the point for me to order online and waited for 3 weeks and still cant get my item on time as Apple promise. And i said : I could just walk in to any Apple center to buy it at the same price and without waiting for so long." After few min. of complaining to him he finally offer me a RM100 refund back to my cc. So what i wanna tell to people who haven get their iPad2 after the deliver date just call and dont give up till you get that rebate!!!

i already get my rm100 but still it delay 3 day already.......suppose to get on friday
