You must call to tell the CS (or Apple Store) that they need to buck up and ensure Customs won't slow down future iPads.
More complains, means more feedback, better delivery in the future.

Apple will delay on shipment even they sent you the arrival date? Damn.... If it says arrvie on 15th June normally it will delay for how long? Anyone get it on time or earlier?

ordered on the 12th, date given in the email when it shipped was 26th, which was last thursday. so i think i'm entitled to some compensation.
