one a week, I change it almost 3-4 days when I see the water don't look healthy.

sometime I refill the water with cold water from the fridge...

now I keeping them in my fridge for 1-2 days...

hmm so fast dirty? where you place the tank? near hot sun? I also put some of my nano marimo in open container about ur tank size but they still healthy.. mayb mine is keeping in office with air con on la and i change the water every 2 weeks....

thats normal one if you seldom turn your marimo to have an average light intensity on overall surface, btw you may trim it biggrin.gif

anyone tried putting "sea-monkeys" with the marimos? wondering if there's any adverse outcome tongue.gif

edit: forget it... forgot that sea monkeys need salt water. marimo is fresh water :/ sorry.... blur blur in morning

I am in the experiment on this, but not sea-money but is Triops! hatching in progress, since 2 weeks ago, it takes time to make them grow larger smile.gif

ya correct, and usually RM3/kg, do not select too fine one as this may cause the sand/stone stock on your marimo

Personally tried before, temperature over here doesnt boost their growth and therefore failure rate very high
