they said that when Arsenal did the invincible season, they also said that when Chelsea reign supreme..so this time it will be the same, SAF will rise to the challenge, just like before

btw, congratulations to City on winning the title, fully deserved smile.gif

got to thank Barton for that sending off, coz' if it wasn't for him City would have lost the title.

Bravo to City, happy for ya. thumbup.gif

When City comes to Malaysia, for sure full house. I wouldn't be surprised if many United fans attends that match.

I think the match that wins respect for city isn't the 6-1. Only ppl who look at stats will say so. THe true match taht won respect for city from all other fans in the world including those who don watch and donno football is the defeat by MU 3-2 for some cup match IIRC. 2 penalties awarded and kompany got sent off just in 1st half. 2nd half saw city fought back scoring 2 with 10 men, Richards performed very well taht day, and the other free kick taker was impressive as well.. The whole team was unstopabble until MU have to defend it tight for the whole game.

after the game, you can see how some non-fans who were dragged to watch the match by their MU friends changed sides to support what they called "the blue team". TBH, its really an awesome good match. BEtter than 6-1, 8-2, 5-3, 5-2, 7-1 and even Barca Chelsea 2nd leg heart pumper.

Vincent Komapny won my respect wholeheartedly at the interview after they won it.

He said amongst the line of the players weren't not all about the money and most of them dreamed this as a kid to win the title.

Surely a true captain and a leader amongst men.

Regarding the distasteful placard inadvertently displayed by Tevez, the Club and Tevez has apologised.

First of all lets be clear. All of us here do not wish ill will on Fergie.
With that in mind lets continue the banter by highlighting some background information.

QUOTE
Ferguson repeated his claim that City behaved in an "arrogant and cocky" manner when they displayed a giant banner bearing Tevez's image and the words "Welcome to Manchester" in the city's main shopping area this summer, following the 25-year-old's move to Eastlands.
The United manager also hit back at suggestions that his side would ever go into a Manchester derby as underdogs.
"Not in my lifetime," said Ferguson.

Now recall my previous post about the last Derby match where MU was the underdogs (by oddsmakers and pundits alike including some sensible MU fans) where I 'snapshot' the derby match hilites

QUOTE(CityBluePrint @ May 3 2012, 06:20 AM)
IMO Fergie chose the lesser of 2 evils either lose with the veterans (Scholes, Giggs & Sung) or lose badly with the young uns (Welbeck, Ashley, Valencia, Chica) because of the 6-1 demolition derby.

Scholes, Park & Giggs on one hand have been lauded and worshipped  by the likes of MU fans here  & ironically are now panned for their selection & performances at Etihad.
Which is which?
Watch & Listen to What You Say!

For the MU fans to question the Master's choice or selection? No matter what IMO MU midfield were completely outclassed by City's. Give credit to Yaya & especially Barry (City's metronomic midfielder).
user posted image

Now you can imagine why Ginger p*p was taken off by his Master because  he was trying to 'nuzzle' up to the collossal Yaya (who incidentally owned him like a b...h ) and at one point was allegedly doing a 'can't tackle with sleight of handball' to stop a City attack @ 10 min mark.

But 1 thing I LOLED in this thread is most of the post is to "kutuk" Man United one. Cannot you guys just discuss about your team? What to improve? Who to buy? Haha

Anyway, this season is one of the best ending.

Just my 2 cents thumbup.gif

You must be hallucinating. Go see mu thread and see how they kutuk us. And see again some of them even came here and trolled hard. No other fans from other teams did what they were doing, as much as them.

"Sir Alex Ferguson feels Manchester United will have to contend with Manchester City paying "stupid money and silly salaries" this summer."

Sometimes I just felt that if this is the reason that they always brought up everytime other team won something over them. For someone who is that old, fergie needs to grow up still. He should stop commenting as if mu spent nothing.

-Manchester City will never win any trophies, they said
-Money can only get you that far, they said
(they print banners on MU amount of trophies while City with $$$)

-Manchester City will never win anything despite spending 500m on players, they said
(Last season City won the FA Cup and got into UCL)
-Man Utd need not spend like City to win trophies, they said
(the next thing you know, Fergie mourns and said United cant spend like City)

-8 Points gap, the need to print 20th Champion Tees and Jersey, they said
(floor mat it became instead)
-Believe they said,
I don't understand the need to believe when United are favorites to win the BPL this season
if there is ever a need to believe it would be clubs like
Liv, Arsenal, Chelsea etc which are seeded 2nd and below
(Man City went on to nailed the true definition of believe in the 94th minute and lift the BPL title after a few decade, a sucker punch to United fan's groin)

-City are 100 years behind United, Fergie said
(sour grape at the perfect timing, more like it)
-Noisy neighbors they said,
(I am beginning to think perhaps the red side of Manchester are the ones making the helluva noise)

If there is one thing that i realize, being a United fan is definitely awesome as they can savor dominance in trophies in years to come, but one thing is for sure being a United fan also teaches one to become an absolutely ass.
*
Well those asses takes it too seriously, it's a game after all and trash talking makes it fun but some times they don't know if they had crossed the line.

Perhaps that's the result from being to successful, leads to arrogance leads to some individual loosing themselves
oh well everybody has their fair share of story to tell, everybody has their own agenda
we will nv know the truth about one another unless we are in their shoes.
but my story perhaps is good enough to generalize after years n years of observing
from reality to forums to places i go etc

Anyways i over did it on my first post
i don't do it often..once in a blue moon take a swipe at them, not to bad i guess biggrin.gif
after accumulating it all inside of me..unleashed it all at one go
but hey i don't randomly take a shot at people with no reason, i do have my points i guess
i should have generally explain it better, but i didn't.. my bad

now i feel guilty after doing the above ,i always do! after taking a big swipe at people i feel like i regretted it,
cause i'm more of a peace maker type of person, always very defensive and trying to avoid trouble.

some of them are prolly smackin my arse right now
can't say i did not saw this coming
anyways lets cut the topic loose lol
i zao lou sin! bb

Don't think i've wished City yet,
Congratz on winning the BPL title!
P/S: i hate Samir Nasri!

The Demolition Derby (1-6) was the penultimate in City's recent history.
Our arch foes defeated convincingly at their home.
It won us RESPECT! A  major milestone.

What better way to mark it than to banish the above image (you can rest assured that they will utilized it to rub our noses & the OTHERS in if they had won the title) and celebrate this one below

As I said before City winning the PL title is good for Football and football fans everywhere alike.
Else MU and its fans and supporter will used their '20 titles' to rub not only City fans but also other clubs fans.
Every sentence that Quick posted, cited below, is true. Kudos to him.

Just imagine this vingt or wankfest they were planning to celebrate i.e the PL 20-ans history
They were thinking of having a 'vingt' this best manager, vingt this best player with the PL Cup as the coup de grĂ¢ce at the head table to celebrate and gloat over the 'minnows' of England.

Sorry City has to be the party pooper.

I know City denying them their VINGT title has given them a lot of angst. wink.gif
IMO Its good for the football soul of every PL fan that MU celebration didn't pan out as planned.

'tak mao' Quick don't you think its cathartic to release all this pent up abu feeling? biggrin.gif nod.gif

That goes for the others nod.gif
