Is there any owners here already live/ stay at pv2? How is the occupancy rate like? And how is the condition/overall workmanship of the developer?

So what is the conclusion now? the Sime Darby will still build Shopping mall or not? where they build?
If not build shopping mall near The Veo, i confirm will sell my PV3.... and buy other condo.... |

Sime Darby seems very discreet about what they plan to develop within the area. But the infrastructure looks quite massive. If u found better option/ property why not. Current PV2 requested price about 400psft (for 1313 size) = about 520k. Possible to reach 450psft by year end?
 Neighbouring VEO also seems well taken / bought, although a bit slower. Sunway Montana construction is quite fast IMHO.  Further away Saville progress is still quite lagging....  |
