as far as i know, the building management will buy 1 fire insurance for the entire project. then will break down the premium to individual unit based of the unit size.

My husband bought the house and he's currently offshore. Yesterday i went there and get confused which one is block A and B. But Looking at the site plan , I guess the one that near to Bomba Station is Block A, meaning to say block B is at the other side?

U mean during construction or once completed? Coz bank charged for fire insurance which they said compulsory to have for any development. Anyone can clarify?

If im not mistaken, when i sign the agreement with bank , they already charged Mortgage and fire insurance in my loan.

Hi Aleesha. Glad to see more owner joining the forum. Yes Block B is the the one inside, whereas Block A is near the road / entrance. However facing which direction (either MRR2/pool view or other PVs) will depend on unit number.

Means that the insurance is borned by us buyer and not developer. Coz last time my banker told me if developer bought the insurance then have to show proof and the bank will reimburse or something like that. If it supposed to be charge then I guess its ok.

Progress now already about Level20. Looking at construction already same level with PV5 beside it. Total floors is 30 right for PV2?
But nearby saville seems like still at carpark level.

Yerp total floors are 30 level, excluding the parking (i think). Maybe can complete by end of this year? Then can save on bank interest~

Does PV2 include infra for astro-beyond and unifi?

block B already reach 30th floor, block A i think is about 27th floor. The level is inclusive of car park. Means, if there are 5 level car park, then first level of house is at level 6.

Mostly student are renting PV3, PV5 & PV6, beside.... many middle east & affircant people.

Is the car park 5floors or 4? How bout the facilities does it occupy whole floor (level5/6) or share with units/carpark?

Do u live in one of these PVs? But i think PV8 and probably PV2 might have more decent tenant eg.professional young workers/newlywed couple. Or maybe own-stay buyer. Maybe those who actually live in PV8 can confirm this though.

Hey, saw from other blog - there is rumours that developer will build 1 more phase of 800 units at currect PV 7 (shops) & the open car park.

Which means they will demolish the shops building & open car park to build the last phase...omg

Oh my. Can u direct or provide the link to the said blog? The road in front of the school is already shared by two PVs currently (PV5 + PV3 = almost 1000units). If add another phase, can't imagine hows the traffic going to be. Hopefully that is just rumour...

If it's true, I think it's very unwise. Imagine the traffic going up the road (PV3 + PV5). Plus 800 units? Even PV2 has only 700 units. That's gotta take a whole lot of space, demolishing the car park and the shop lot won't do it. Unless they tear down the garden too. There goes my jogging spot..

Agreed if platinum is to build another phase there it will probably on the shop+current marketing office+garden. Hopefully this will never happen. Wonder what will they do with the current marketing/showroom office when pv2 completed.
