From project signboard, it is Sime Darby project. I think next month the sales office will complete there.sunway montana a bit further, at the entrance of 3Residence..

ops..i am weekend husband only  ..btw, my wife will take mrr2 and enter akleh from ampang and exit at jln sultan ismail and the traffic at mrr2 in the morning, u know lahhhh. |

How bout the road around Melati there around PVs and ur current house during peak hour (morning and evening office hour)? Is it congested? |

The road along kenari apartment beside bomba station there is not congested at all.but few times i went to small tesco or carrefour (cannot remember) at pv, car parked at outside is a normal view...and got a case, my wife's colleague who lives there and parked her car at outside suddenly 2 tyres of her car were stolen.pity of her.
What i can recall, mrr2 will start slow moving when arrived at keramat au exit area.this is kl direction lah..

Maybe Speedmart in front of the school is it. Pity ur fren...must had been expensive tyres to attract thief. Luckily it is compulsory for pv2 buyers to own 2carparks, hopefully will not congest the road with car parks by d roadside. Btw the development of pv2 is damn fast. Might complete way early than 2013. Scared already thinking about having to pay full monthly-installment way earlier...  |

anyone have any idea which PV is worth to buy for own stay? I just came across with PV3 when one of my friends posted the picture where they were doing the renovation. Thus, i was kinda interested of knowing more on this condo. I'm currently seeking for condo, preparing for new marriage and building the very first family  Appreciate if someone can advice |
