I would say YES life for iOS is never intended for conventional GSM mobile prepaid market. It is more like value added feature for its existing mobile internet customers.

yes, curently they only design for iphone, not universal one, so the ads can consider fake, well unless u using retina pad on ipad1

is it mean need to top up RM30 each month or minimal RM30 per top up?

my understanding..... what it mean is that no matter what, you acct will be deducted minimum RM30 on a monthly basis
if you use more that RM30, then they will charge accordingly
if your account is less than RM30 credit, then need to top up to ensure your acct have minimum RM30 to remain active
