See how good the security are, 4th time in a month, 2nd attempt within 2 days.
If they succeeded get away this time, im sure no follow up also one lar this Security/Management.

My rented unit 18floor was theft at Sunday morning between 6 to 9.
I was sleeping inside the studio unit when it was in action.
I heard some noise but i couldnt wake up due to insomnia i had earlier moment.
Too tired and can't get up at time.

I found my macbook pro, iphone 7, wallet & my watch lost.

My main door arent break in.
He doesnt wear any shoe, because my bathroom has marks, so do my walls
It proved the thief came in thru my bathroom window.

I got no one to communicate about as im alone in Klang Valley.
I borrow the phone from security guard and do cancellation of my credit/debit card first.
Fucking frustrated and went to balai report.
Luckily the guy didnt steal my car/carkey.

When i came back from report, i went to ask the security guard how was your superior/management respond
The security guard are playing youtube and said "Boss cakap kami tak boleh buat apa apa"

And here goes my rage.
I turn around and scold him LANJIAO with the my highest voice ever.




When shit happened under your shift or during your work,
they just can pretend anything nothing happen.
Like princess woke up "oh there goes another lovely day"

Sarjen came with photographer taking pictures of the crime scene.
And i was told by Sarjen, my house are the 4th case in this month.
All same pattern break in.

To be honest before this they has memo on the lift about lock our bathroom window as it happen before
I thought i was safe enough because i was in, I got light on and my shoe was outside,
the thief wouldnt be so brave to come in?
I was wrong.

I know people will say so: management already ask to close but why still open?
Then what the fuck the design of this window for? Seal forever?
Management doenst have any obligation to prevent this kind of accident will still happen?
What kind of SOP has management has taken after the so many incidents?
Only use 50sen print out a A4 stick at elevator?

Im not satisfied with my management and the security.
What kind of channel or ways i can do with it?
I've do some research i know primises broke in are not responsible of the management/security.
But the "dont fucking care" attitude is the worst of worst i've ever seen even though this morning has a buglar in,
they still dont give a fuck.

Need advise.
Im desperate, total damage more than 10k and that's my everything....
I can't do design without the laptop, can't deal with clients without phone, temporary out of cash until Tuesday tomorrow...

Guard in an area is not safe guard ur house doesn't get break in. Same concept like car alarm doesn't protect u from car getting stolen or break in. Suspect might be staying the same building also, especially high rise building with high density.

Yes, only Block C1 got break in, C2 block doesnt have any. It make sense the suspect are staying in the building.
Thanks for the advise. But since there's breaking in and the thief has saw the picture of my staying, i think he will be coming back again as realised ther's more to steal if im not around.
Would propose to landlord about moving out.

janitor / guard spot window open etc, then call kaki

ask polis check keycard access log (if ur condo fancy enuf to restrict by floor, and staircase escape is keycard system)

no lobby camera meh?

We dont have so strict security it's a shame.
Even stranger walk to the entrance and ask for forget key, they will also open for you without registration or record anything.
But the entrance has CCTV.
Each floors of residence doesnt have.
Emergency stairs dun have.
Elevator dun have.

Only facilities, entrance, and waiting area got CCTV.
Basically it's useless.

and you have office computer to use now, you said you cannot work without computer..... dont know to pity you or not.

anyway, best is to get the owner to install a grill @ toilet. and install CCTV if possible.

Furthermore when the suspect are resident, zero chance he will get caught on the CCTV also

I think the most pity is not office work, it's the cash on me.
I can't do replacement ATM, sim card and IC until tuesday, tomorrow.
I have zero cash on me.

The outside part of the corridor has some stepping area which caused he can climb in from outside the window.
Which mean if he failed to climb in or get caught in the middle
still got chances falling down from the building
big heart this thief have.

Should be a 2 person job if he went in and exit through the window.

Else, masuk from window, go out from using your main door.

That gap is no joke. If he fell then it's goodbye for him.

Main door are locked when i woke up. Windows in and out.
