Hi all sifus ...
May i ask what is the recommended tyre size for perdana v6? Im using 205/45/17 now but have to repair my rims like once every 2-3 months 😠😠😠

Can i change to 205/50/17 or 215/50/17?

205/45/17 is too small compare to your original sizes. You should be using 215/45/17. 205/50/17 also can but I think difficult to find this size.

You also can use 225/45/17. Much nearer to your original tyre diameter. Its sidewall also higher than 215/45/17.

Thank you xxboxx for your reply. I would prefer 205/50/17 then. I worry 225/45/17 will look so weird and i prefer to use 50 because i wont be repairing the rims maybe 😅.
Maybe 215/50/17? Can?

Can't, the diameter too big.

Just stay with 205/50/17 then, it is almost same diameter with your original size.

i tried some of the michelin tyres before on my then City and now Accord. Tried Primacy LC, PS3 and currently on P3ST. i must say that michelin tyres are really good. never tried any other tyre brands before tho. continue the family trend of support Michelin tyres
Yes once you use Michelin you will never leave Michelin. I started with Energy XM1 and now im using Pilot Super Sport.

Just yesterday, One of my honda city stock tire, Goodyear GT3 failed after 8months of use
Cost me rm210
I thought it was penetration of a nail, but tire shop couldn't find anything but some leakage on the side wall of tire

I guess it was bad production unit. Oh well, can't wait to change em

Yes, i had good experiences with Michelin Xm2, but i will try neuton

Any recommendation for Myvi tyres with 175/65/R14 size? My requirement is low noise, good grip and comfort like stock Silverstone as everyday travel on highway 60km journey. My budget is <RM600 for all 4.
