the closest <13" with backlit will be

Vostro 3350, i5-2410M + Intel HD3000@RM2469[2.04kg], backlit keyboard

i doubt the special series will be below 2k though

Might wanna wait for/look at Acer's TimelineX 3830Tg (no backlit though) hmm.gif
If not, then fJok3R's recommended Vostro 3350 smile.gif
Premium laptops will either be (i) too expensive for your budget (ii) too weak for your criteria sad.gif
