GO for RSL m11 heat 110 or 160.^^. IF he wan power go for M11 110, if control then go for M11 160. Heat 110 shaft quite flex while Heat 160 medium stiff.U choose?^^/enjoy.

budget below rm200 get apacs or rsl. prince also good as recommended by sifu.

care for ur racket?
dont clash, dont smack the floor, and try not too string too high tension that ur racket cant handle.
other than that nothing. u dont have to wipe it or polish it.
