if you are the line judge, the white line left side is in court, right side is out, then pic 1 you will say in or out?  and pic 2? 

I got quite a lot difference answer from peoples. . . 

so what is the conclusion? 50% or more of the shuttlecock cork should touch the line is [in], less then that is [out]?

i would say both is out..
social players dun have such 'fast' eye..i only see where the shuttle touches

now you are the line judge, and the score for the game is 20-19, your decision might affect the win or lose for someone, so how? in or out?? 
for social game, I always request for re-serve then. . .

of coz it is easy to judge if the cork landing on the center of white line, now the problem is the cork just barely touch the edge of the white line, so how?

really?? i heard yonex usually recommends lower tension but i am not sure of its validity. I was hoping i could at least get to string at 22/23lbs coz the string goes off from the line most of the time when i clear/smash.
