My wrist hurts every time after I played, is there any suggestion that you guys could provide ?

ps: I'm still learning and wanted to get an entry level racket, prefer better smashing, could you guys recommend a racket as well? Within RM200. Thanks in advance

Yeah its the standard discount. If you're getting the bag, do get the national team bag yellow/red, quite striking and the material is real high quality.

It could be your technique, perhaps you snap your wrist too much without proper pronation for overhead shot. Or the racket might be heavy too, but I suspect the culprit would be the former. And better smashing comes from proper technique as well. But if I have to recommend, do look for Apacs Tantrum 200, it has alot of positive reviews.

Btw guys, any shops you guys recommend to check out badminton shoes ? Most importantly sizing availability. Looking for SHW8500, or Li-Ning professional series, wore 2 Asics previously and they were quite narrow, and dont really fancy Mizuno design. Yesterday I searched from Pertama - Far East - Sunway - AJ - Racket World Puchong, no luck. Btw Im wearing US12 and 4E. Malas wanna survey already, gathering up the phone numbers and start calling them instead I guess.

I went to proshuttle few days ago and the staff recommended me lining UC3100 for RM259 with bag and string. Isit a good deal? Actually I'm looking for a racket within the price range rm150-250, I like smashing and don't mind sacrificing a little bit of control, which racket would you guys recommend or recommend me places that I could get racket at the cheapest price? smile.gif
