Bro, u have to change ownership of old car 1st, then only can transfer the old plate to new unregistered car, i dont think jpj allows swap the plates after u register new car

i expected to get the car on Monday or Tuesday... but i hope on tomorrow that they will call me then ok liao.. car will delivered on this Friday but no registration card...and road tax done from JPJ... too bad liao..but really excited to drive it soon... hehehe..
