inspira and lancer's service interval is at 10k.

lancer uses syntium 1000 while proton uses syntium 800.

for me, Eon doesnt allow me to upgrade to syntium 1000, so every 5k km, go outside and just change the oil.

dont worry, the oil filter is ok to change at 10k, just worried that the semi synthetic oil couldnt last the full 10k km

Yeah, i know. So by 6 months time, i should only hit 5k - 6k only, just do the service lor. Since free mah. Keep also no use.

Added on June 3, 2011, 8:57 amYours is 2.0 or 1.8?? 2.0 should have 2 yrs maintenance...means 1000km, 10000km, 20000km, 30000km, 40000km, 50000km.

If 1.8 with the 3 yrs maintenance, should be up to 70000km. Get it from your SA. When you book the car, did you book during the promotion period?

im using E-voucher, they didnt give me any voucher sheet..

Anyone know how tO set back my 1000km reminder? I press too long and become clear then now become 10000 interval. How to set back to 1000km reminder?

I think the reason is, their promotion changes every month...even SA also headache to keep track, so rather then pre-printing vouchers which will be obsolete next month, just go for e-vouchers for flexibility.

So must ask SA carefully what's the promotion for each month and the period...if you book on different dates, you get different promotion....

Just make sure you make a few copies of your e-vouchers/letters in case u lose it...speaking of which, i haven' make any copies myself...
