anyone having connection issues with the new patch?

coz i always got sync loss every 2-3 round...

never/seldom had this prob before the patch..

or is it Streamyx screwing up again?? btw, im on 218 ip class

should be streamyx fault.
cos this evening on v1.22 also i had probs.

i havent browse through this thread but i have problem connecting with my pc next to me...like my pc could not find the next pc's ip in the lobby (be it online or offline)

i mean
i've been managing this thing for years (counter strike,generals,wacraft 3 and stuffs at home)

its sad cuz all this while, all those games above were pirated and ran pretty well

these battlefield 2's are original cd's
what do you think the problem is
cuz when i clicked network connections, i could still copy and paste or manage stuffs in the other pc next to me..

can anyone help?

whats with the "(really!)" at the end ?

Dont know!!! I have original cd.
I tried uninstall then install again > install 1.22 full patch (until here tested no problem) > incremental patch 1.22_1.3 and this is what I get. What the hell happened

why dont you try going straight to installing the the full 1.3 patch instead?

Here's a possible solution for you.

something's weird. I tried to reconfigure my controls for my crouch and for my run key, which I want to swap keys. When I tried to do that it said duplicate key found in land. But doesnt it make no sense? Since if I'm driving, there is no way for me to be crouching right? so the key configuration should be independent of whether I'm in a vehicle and when I am walking.

Otherwise how come the default is configured so that left shift is for both afterburner on aircraft and walking at the same time?

So what I want to know is that how do I bind my left shift key to crouch instead of my left control without triggering that stupid duplicate key error message?

You can still crouch at tank & jeep gunner seat. Try clearing the crouch=ctrl key at Land option.

I have not BF2 for quite sometime and when i played it recently..i was able to log in the game and all
but when i tried to enter a game server a error message said that my CD-Key is not valid..but i own the original game..
i went over to ea.com and the games that was registered under my acc are all there..how do i solve this problem?

you try to enter your cd key again in the registry.

ok now it gets even weirder... I cleared for land, fine, then it said duplicate key in air, so I cleared that as well. But now after that it said duplicate key in helicopter but left shift is not bound to anything in heli!

Rename and delet not working, btw I didnt see any folder "0701"
