Just plug in the new cable from "ssyycc". It does makes the treble sounds sharper and soundstage wider as I could hear some instrument behind also not to mentioned the bass is somewhat, punchier. Does letting it playing/burn in for like 100hours make changes to the sound anymore?

Only if you have sensitive ear to hear it...the changes are just slightly, but can affect overall feeling.

Hi guys, I'm currently a Edifier S330 user. Recently plan to " upgrade " my current pc sound performance. Right now I'm using on board Realtek sound with S330. I have two choices right now.

1) Sell S330 and get S530.
2) Get a High Quality Sound Card like Xonar D2X.

Any sifu can help me??? XD

Sound card 1st, it will take you to new level of sounds experience nod.gif

Later when you felt that your demanding much higher then the speaker's capability, its time get a high end PC speaker or custom HT set notworthy.gif

in my case nothing much though. AUX is just a different way of connecting source to your speaker

but some people said it may get slower and have lower sound quality. (I can't feel any difference tho)
