QUOTE(IntegraTypeR @ Apr 20 2006, 01:16 PM) I need a recommendation for a noise-cancelling headphone. Basically, inside the LRT is very noisy. I had to typcially crank up the volume just to hear my MP3 clearly. Earphone is another thing, but it hurts after awhile and therefore i prefer headphones. So far, i also tested two Creative headphones but i found out that with noise cancelling function on, the music just got louder. Why is that ? Noobie in audiophiles stuff. Spare me. you can try Koss-Plug or Koss-SparkPlug....although its not headphones, its still pretty comfortable..i'm using Sparkplug...the reason its comfortable is coz its using foam...won't make ur ear itchy(i bet thats the main reason u dun like to wear earphones? )...and its LOUD.....112 decibells per milliwatt....hehe.... remember to burn it in..coz i found out that the treble is waaay clearer compared to when just bought and now(after 2 weeks of using it(weird huh ))

QUOTE(kefuwa @ May 26 2006, 08:21 PM) I'm looking for ear/canal-phones for use with a discman/mp3 player... my main concern is sound quality... not really a big listener of hard rock/metal... more into instrumentals, soft music, ballads, vocals... and I'd prefer a pair that won't give me a headache after extended listens... I'd like opinions for two budget ranges.... for the under-RM100 budget range... and the RM100-RM200 budget range... suggestions for what would be the best 'phones when it comes to quality-for-ringgit? under RM100 can get a pair of Koss-Plugs or Sparkplugs...cost less than RM100 and it ROX!! me using sparkplug QUOTE(Enferno @ Jun 1 2006, 01:08 AM) jus found out koss' earbud range... looks nice... how u guys think abt the koss SPARKPLUG..
