may i know, by comparing 3ds japan version and us version, which one is better? and what is the different?

both also same spec...

just 3ds got region block....

jpn version only can play jpn version game....

n us version only can play us version game...

jpn version cant play any other region version game other than jpn version...

us version like that also...

Well, there are more games on the JPN region, given that if you can read Japanese, or you're fine by playing a game without reading. But bear in mind, JPN games are always more expensive than US region games. So, it comes down to what kind of games you want to play

3DS POKEMON ADVENTURE DAMMIT. A FULL ONE!

anyone did a system transfer before?
lets say I transfer my purchases from my old 3ds to the new 3DS XL(with pre-installed game), will my pre-installed games on new 3DS XL gone after the transfer?
or can I re-download it?

The pre-installed games (either in internal memory or SD Card) would not be deleted, but if both systems have same games, the game save data could be overwritten..
I'm not sure if the new system need to have or login e-Shop account first or not, in case of the game needs to be redownload..If the preinstalled game appears in the download list from E-shop, it can be redownload again, but I'm not sure about the 3DS with pre-installed title and how it is going to be connected with Eshop account, unless you redeem a code or something...

if you guys haven't realized yet, this october 3ds will get 6th gen pokemon

Wow...the last pokemon game I played was Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire... after that, I got kinda lost track because of the sheer number of pokemon... >~<

I did, but it was from BLUE 3DS to RED 3DS because I originally WANTED RED!!
Leave the original SD cards in their respective 3DS before transfer, some of your saves are in there too. Took about 20mins or so to transfer everything. Transfer process is entertaining

I actually made a video of the transfer...but it's shaky & had to switch from camera to phone because out of battery...too lousy quality to upload I only have the last part of the vid on hand, seems like it asks you to change the sd card along the way. Keep both devices charging if half battery, takes up a lot of power...

The 3DS transferred from(BLUE):
became factory reset but retained user ID(?). I didn't check. Not sure about game save but I don't think it saved anything.

The device transferred to(RED):
User ID, game saves, eshop games & eshop settings etc. everything remained(same as it originally was). Region settings & internet settings have to re-input.
Transfer Limit Count from 5 down to 4.
