Correct me if I'm wrong, the update should come with the game cartridge rite? Because I don't remember my friend's connecting to the wifi in order to update the firmware though.

For those with the Ice Climber VC game from the 3DS Ambassador Program, there's a new update @ the Nintendo 3DS eShop. The update adds the Download Play feature to the game

Try to set Canada as your country in order to add funds using Malaysian CC. I have successfully added funds of CAD20 in my WiiU eShop account
Should be working for 3DS eShop too. |
