Thank you. I really appreciate your feedbacks. I will check again the firmware version. From my previous Google, it seem like the latest firmware also not really solve the problem. I read a lots of user bad experiences for this model. I will try to check new android box spec and user review.

Hevc or h265 has been around for a few years.
There have been many versions.
Yr box android 4.4 can play older versions of h265, not the current versions.
This applies to many other boxes of same age and android version.

Consider a new box, q5pro or q10pro, they will play anything, afaik.

Dual HDMI output is an important feature for high end ULTRA HD bluray player, oppo 203, Samsung K8500, Panasonic UB900/700 all have dual HDMI output.

Oppo UDP-203, 1 x HDMI in, 2 x HDMI out, best picture and audio, high end media player. just the price is not friendly

AVFAN I won't get new amp, because get a new amp to surpass my current amp audio capability, it will be too costly, and I love my current Anthem amp.
