My dad's really ticked with his M-17. He can't play any games without experiencing lag and he got the full package on Dells site. Which god knows how much for all those upgrades. The problem is, he called Dell, they sent a technician and he apparently fixed it. The problem started again rite after he left ( talk about bad luck ) so now it seems that he has to send it back to Penang and he's bringing it personally there with some vengence  According to him, the technicians aren't really Dell technicians but sub contract to ppl? any truth in that?
