Finished 5th gym workout few days ago, and my weight is 51.2kg now.. I was 48kg on the first day I went to the gym, that was around 2 weeks ago.

Had better shape for my bicep now.. Not very obvious but myself can actually observe it hehe..

Looking forward to the 6th gym workout!

Sound good. Keep it going. I'm sure you start to research how to build biceps, tricep, shoulder, chest and back. Read it patiently and focus one part only for every workout.
Good luck to you. I'm new too. smile.gif

p/s: I've gain from 57KG to 61.5KG within one a half month.

52KG with 179CM is kinda underweight.

1. Don't ever skip breakfast.
2. Take 5-6 meal per day.
3. Only take healthy food.
4. Discipline & motivation.
5. Don't forget to workout else it will produce fat at belly.
6. Only take supplement once you already tune up your nutrition correctly.
7. Read stickies always.

Hope this will help you. smile.gif
