Not so sure if the service is for RGs. I only heard it's for MGs. If replacement is available, they would send the whole runner to you. Including postage fees, it would be 30-40% of the kit's price.

Thank you for getting back to me, I was following the thread in the office today hoping for an answer and not being labelled a troll

Any experience ordering parts/runners? HLJ took a few weeks the last time and I got it eventually, wonder if other options could be faster than HLJ this time around..

yup, NG 144 scale... need to spray it since i dont like the default color(can use to fix loose problem on this kit too)
i wonder how much the MG will cost?

actually i already solve it , just buy a new box and cut the 2 parts and sell rm40 cheaper to others who willing to fix.
if replacement is cheaper than rm40 then i should order that instead did this XD;

replacing parts... you need to order the whole runner even though the broken parts is only the small one... so yeah.. its costly... the alternative... ask help from someone pro enough to recast the parts...

get a 'cheaper pirate' version of it.

Recast? As in fix? My heart would ache looking at that particular part on the MS still knowing it was once a broken piece..call me wtf but it's just me
