you made me confuse, state clearly which eyes are you referring?
the eyes on face is obviously as decoration

RD is produced by Bandai too, but it is not model kit, it is an action figure

RD Bonta-kun is mecha?

model kit = plastic model that you need to assemble yourself, can customize into what you want
action figure = completed figure from factory; no need assemble and paint.. some paintjob from factory are really bad but higher articulation than gunpla
i dont like the material use on figure also; too pvc-feel
