ok, how about the upgrade sequence if i got limited budget and plan to do part by part? shall i follow the following:

HU -> front conponent+amp -> sub+amp?

u can do HU + speakers first, then next round 4ch amp + sub

buying a Rm400++ for component set...
max Rm500...
ani suggestion...?
looking forward to buy soundstream or pegasus if possible...
other gd brand oso can suggest me...

boston acoustics S60 and alpine type S, they shud be around ur budget, maybe a little higher.

I bought Pioneer model 2150.

then add 1 pair of 6"inch speaker in front or should i buy component set ???

then mid alr have speaker

add another 2 channel amp for my 12"inch woofer.

can i go with this set up ???

what is a good HU under rm400?

currently using 2X 6.5'' bass, 2X 3'' mid, 2X 1'' tweeter
bass and mid units is at the left and right door
tweeter on the left and right corner of the dashboard

also using a chaplang rm199 headunit to drive those, 35w x 4 if i remember correctly,
planning to upgrade to at least mosfet 50Wx4 HU under rm400

any recommendations?

JVC, Kenwood is the brand you may consider. Pioneer is slightly more expensive. Or get the last year models, it maybe cheaper as acc shops need to clear their stocks.

That S60 really value for money..

simple set up would be like this:
head unit
4ch amp
front component set
single subwoofer

just to inform you, the real power inside head units are very small, only 10-15 watt rms, despite what they print on the outside..

u will need a proper amp to run those 3 way components.
