Ya lor worth to gamble on USJ1 mar. Cannot be after all the malls complete d then go in haha. Usj 1 still very chap and low class at the moment, pulling down the subsale price on the area. But if these commies bring the magical transformation, worth it to get in now mar.

I really betting all my chips on Malton mall management. Hope both Bukit Jalil City and Damen turn out well.

I think Damen will do well given its location, USJ 2-20 lang really have serious spending power, don't play play. Usj still has a long way to go lar, it won't be an overnight boom. First Brt next year, then LRT/Damen completion 2016?, Empire Remix plus flyover 2017? and finally Sime Darby Union Square 2020?

I was also really surprised Empire Damansara can get Ritz Carlton to set up shop there. Wonder what magic they can do with Empire Remix?

I think the gap is narrowing lar. USJ also has bungalows and semi d's. Subang Jaya still the education capital or Malaysia so most of the commies do the best there. I think both SJ and USJ will profit from all these upcoming devs. Subang is such an old suburb, hopefully these can revive the hipness of the area. Thunder keep getting stolen by Damansara haha.

Hospital is 2 BRT stops away, Sunway Medical Centre next to Monash. Agree that USJ area very wong. Hope that Sj= Bandar Utama and Usj= Kota Damansara. Hope the prices will be similar as well.

Don't forget Sime Darby Union Square developement with 5 Corporate/Office towers, retail and Condos/Service Apartments.
